I took two classes from Peter, and they were both excellent. I was impressed by the way he kept attendees engaged, despite that we were all on the phone in the late evening. His tips for keeping conversations going (and for not being intimidated by) passive-aggressive or disinterested people have proven to be valuable. Pondering multiple tactics before a meeting has also helped me formulate better questions. Strongly recommended!

I’ve never taken a class or anything like this before, in fact sales and this job are new to me, however I felt I really learned a number of valuable things that hopefully will help me not only as I grow in sales knowledge, but just in relationships with people in general. I have to admit as I already told Peter, it was quite uncomfortable for me to be involved in the back and forth practice sessions, it was probably where I learned the most, and I’m thankful I didn’t allow my uncertainty keep me from being involved, it is the best way to learn–hands on so to speak. I truly am looking forward to the next one, and for me the one in August about cold calling in particular will no doubt be extremely helpful.

Peter Svenneby recently designed and delivered a virtual module for our European Account Executive Leadership College. Peter did a fantastic job providing C Level Executive sales techniques training. It was well received and evaluated as extremely valuable to the cohorts. They especially enjoyed Peter’s facilitation style that lent the virtual experience to discussion and role play scenarios. Peter’s intent from the onset was to produce results through his training experiences which was evident in his preparation and delivery. The cohorts valued the personal opportunity to practice behaviors and skills that they would not typically get to do.
What is even more impressive is his use of reinforcement exercises following the training to encourage application of the skills learned. He definitely dealt well in engaging an international audience of various cultures and languages. Peter is a delight to work with and we will continue to use him as we can for other initiatives.

I have taken Sales Wisdom 101, 102 and 103 from Peter and the techniques I have learned have significantly impacted how I relate to others in the transactional sense, particularly with my clients.
