You focused on three of the most important aspects of sales, listening to the client, building relationships, and how to control your attitude. I recently participated in the Sales Wisdom @ C-Level workshop. It was a very enlightening experience, especially for someone who has a strong technical and operational background.The workshop was very well setup with both instruction type learning and a lot of participation from attendees. It made the workshop that much more fun to learn the concepts. I now feel that I at least have the confidence to speak to new opportunities with existing and new clients. This is very important in my job and to the continued success of CSC.
