We help companies fix their sales and customer relationship problems.
We’re global. We work with companies of all sizes… from global 1000 to small local companies. We work in a broad variety of industries. Our customers sell business-to-business products and services. The “sale” for our customer typically meets the definition of “complex” and not “transactional” – meaning a sale requires more than a couple phone calls or meetings, requires the involvement of more than one person, and typically benefits greatly from the strength of the relationship which you build over time.
We work with two distinct groups of people within companies.
Trusted Advisors:
Technical or expert employees who must interface with customers or stakeholders. In their role, their interpersonal or “soft” skills amplify the value of their expertise. We help this group of people to develop powerful interpersonal skills, persuasion and influence skills, and leadership skills. Included in this group are engineers, consultants, subject matter experts, project managers, IT professionals and others.
Salespeople:
People who are tasked with selling… people who have a quota. We consult around hiring, on-boarding, performance auditing, sales strategy and sales process. We also speak, train, and coach/mentor. We work with all types of salespeople and with sales managers.
We’re passionate about creating immediate measurable impact and lasting value for our customers… Our mission in everything we do is to have people leave the event/meeting/call changed for the better, and in a way that is still evident years later. For a sampling of who we’ve worked for check out our Testimonials page… this is where our customers give us feedback in their own words. We hope to hear from you.
